Payment Terms:
Security deposit with credit card required at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
If 7 days or less prior to arrival, security deposit is forfeited.

We accept:
Cash, Travelers Checks, Money Order and wire transfer. For Visa and MasterCard add 3% processing fee

Security Deposit:
Upon booking, we charge a $250 security deposit for studios and $500 security deposit for 1-3 bedroom units. This deposit is fully refundable upon departure provided that real and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all terms of the rental agreement are met.
